Lampshades are handmade to order and usually ship within 2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks. 

Returns:  

Since Lampshades are handmade to order they can only be returned in case of a defect. Please return Lampshade(s) in the same shipping box within 5 days after receipt and email your request for a refund of full purchase price or exchange.
